WORLD ARTISANS REACHING DESIGN
Traveling and sharing creative experiences is an aspect of life that I have always found to be the most fulfilling. A common-ground throughout my family, we have built a collection together through photography and goods from all over the world that have been incorporated into our home. While working for a high-end interior design firm in Charleston, SC, I started to realize the disconnect between the artisans who are making these products + the consumers. There is no greater gift than finding an item that tells a story. Searching for these hidden gems has always been a great pastime of mine, which has lead me to where we are today.

WARD (a family name after my late grandfather) stands for World Artisans Reaching Design, and is intended to connect people and their stories with the buyer that wants to know where their goods are coming from, and how they were made. WARD showcases craft from near and far, while giving back a percentage of the profits towards educational and development nonprofits in the communities of origin. The goal is for people not only to find their new favorite item, but inspiration for their next adventure. Follow along as collectable items drop, travels evolve, and stories are told.
